Young Adult Minister
I grew up in South Central Kentucky and I became a Christian during my first year of college at Eastern Kentucky University through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) in 2006. I have since graduated with a degree in Accounting and served on staff with Cru as a campus minister for 6 years at EKU, Marshall University, and the University of Louisville. I have been privileged to go on several mission trips in the U.S. as well as to Russia, Argentina, and Lebanon. I married my beautiful wife Kayla in May of 2016. We initially met in college and reconnected a few years later at a missions conference. We soon began writing on another and soon emails turned into phone calls, phone calls into dates, and soon I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with this incredible young lady.
Kayla grew up in Louisville, KY as the oldest of three. She also went to Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Occupational Science and her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with an incredibly compassionate heart. She also minored in Art at EKU so if you come into our home and notice our decorations, art projects, or paintings you are free to compliment her as they are most certainly here delightful creations. Kayla has been on multiple mission trips in the US and went to Brazil 3 years ago on her first international trip.
